Selling Process
  1. Select an agent with whom you can work comfortably.
  2. Get the estimate of the house value from the agent.
  3. Consider putting some money to enhance the selling price.
  4. Discuss and set the selling strategy.
  5. Put the house on the market.
  6. Discuss the offers from the potential buyers.
  7. Any good offer? If no, you may go back to 4 or 5 depending upon the market.
  8. Signed the contract.
  9. Open the escrow. (The agent will assist you.)
  10. Did the buyer can clear the contingencies such as getting loan? If no, go back to 4 or 5.
  11. Closing.
